1. Introduction

8. Trading Rules & Market Integrity
Orders, execution, and settlement are subject to platform rules. We may cancel or reverse transactions in the event of market disruption, system errors, or suspected abuse. You agree not to engage in wash trading, spoofing, or other manipulative practices.
9. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Services to engage in unlawful activities, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any conduct that harms the platform or other users. We may investigate and report suspected violations to relevant authorities.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to Surnget and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Surnget, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surnget and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved through good‑faith negotiations; failing which, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration or an agreed forum, as provided in the specific product terms or local notices.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
