Surnget operates global digital asset services. Contact details are provided in Section 12.

We may collect identity and contact data, KYC information, transaction and on‑chain data, device identifiers, usage analytics, communications, marketing preferences, and any information you provide to support requests.

Data is collected directly from you (e.g., account creation, KYC), automatically (cookies, SDKs, device data), and from third parties (verification providers, analytics, on‑chain sources) where lawful.

We use data to provide and secure the Services, comply with legal obligations (KYC/AML/CFT), prevent fraud and abuse, personalize experience, communicate with you, and improve our products. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted and can be opted out at any time.

We may share data with affiliates, service providers, partners, regulators, and where required by law or to protect users and our platform. We require appropriate confidentiality and security obligations via contract.
